Race week has arrived in Nice. On Sunday, athletes swim 3.8km in the Mediterranean off the Promenade des Anglais, climb 180km into the Alpes-Maritimes backcountry, and run a four-lap marathon along the seafront. The expo is open, the bikes are being built, and the Baie des Anges is doing its job.
